Understanding your estimate
What the numbers mean.
Your personalised quote shows the same figures for your own loan, with a full repayment schedule, before you commit to anything.
- Representative APR
- The annual percentage rate includes interest and any other charges, so you can compare loans on a like-for-like basis. The representative APR is the rate at least 51% of people taking out a loan are expected to receive.
- Annual interest rate (fixed)
- Interest is calculated on a fixed-sum basis, so the total interest is set when you sign. It does not change during the loan, and we do not add extra interest if a payment is late.
- Total repayable
- The amount you borrow plus all the interest, if you make every repayment on time over the full term. A longer term lowers each repayment but increases the total you repay.
- Weekly or monthly
- Choose the frequency that matches when you are paid. Repayments are taken by a recurring payment from your debit card.
- Settling early
- You can settle at any time and get a rebate on interest, so the sooner you settle, the less you repay. Early settlement quotes include one month's interest. The early repayment snapshot shows how much you would have paid at different points.
- Your right to withdraw
- You can withdraw within 14 days of the agreement being made. You would repay the amount borrowed plus interest for the days you had it.
Borrowing responsibly. We only lend when the repayments are affordable for you. Our service is not advised, so if you are worried about money you can get free, impartial help from MoneyHelper, StepChange or Citizens Advice.
